At Jury Duty Clothings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please review our Refund and Returns Policy for guidance on how to return products and request refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns for items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Tags must still be attached, and the item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@jurydutyclothings.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, clearance items, and final sale products are not eligible for refunds.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@jurydutyclothings.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@jurydutyclothings.com for further assistance.
